The War Memorial Library in Hudson is a non-profit registered charity providing a subscription library of printed and digital materials, primarily in the English language, to the residents of Hudson, Quebec and surrounding communities.Operated by volunteers, the Library is self-financing through membership fees, donations and fund raising activities. The Library in turn donates, to local charities, funds in excess of its own needs.The building and the Library serve as a memorial to those in Hudson who served in the Canadian Armed Forces.

Hudson Box Office (HBO) - Line of Duty

Line of Duty is an award-winning British police television drama series. It focuses on the anti-corruption unit investigating the police service itself. The library has just acquired the fourth series, which as always is full of plot twists and suspense. The series stars Adrian Dunbar, Martin Compston and Thandie Newton, and is well worth watching.     I loved this series. Every season got better than the last. I really hope that they have a series 5. The acting is fantastic. The show is compelling. If you like a good British police procedural, this is for you. I feel a great void now, having binge-watched all four seasons and now I have to look for a new show.The first few episodes of Series 1 were a little confusing and I was not sure if I liked it, but stick with it. It is well worth your time.
