The Write Stuff - Dawn Tripp

Dawn Tripp was born in Massachusetts and educated at Harvard University. She has written three award-winning novels and several essays. The library has just acquired a copy of her novel Georgia, about the American master painter Georgia O' Keeffe and her love affair with the photographer Alfred Steiglitz. In this novel of passion, betrayal and art, Georgia comes alive as never before. Tripp lives in Massachusetts with her husband and two sons. For more details click here

Hudson Box Office (HBO) - Jack Ryan

Jack Ryan is an American political thriller spy web television series, based on characters from the fictional "Ryanverse" created by Tom Clancy. John Krasinski stars in the title role as a marine veteran and CIA analyst who is wrenched from his desk job, after discovering a string of dubious bank transfers, carried out by a rising Islamic extremist. Ragnar Jónasson was born in Reykjavik, Iceland, where he works as a writer and a lawyer.

The library has just acquired Rupture, the fourth book in the bestselling Dark Iceland series.
