The War Memorial Library in Hudson is a non-profit registered charity providing a subscription library of printed and digital materials, primarily in the English language, to the residents of Hudson, Quebec and surrounding communities.Operated by volunteers, the Library is self-financing through membership fees, donations and fund raising activities. The Library in turn donates, to local charities, funds in excess of its own needs.The building and the Library serve as a memorial to those in Hudson who served in the Canadian Armed Forces.

Murder Ink - Greg Iles


Greg Iles was born in 1960 in Stuttgart, Germany, where his father was in charge of the medical clinic at the U.S. Embassy. He grew up in Natchez, Mississippi and graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1983. Iles founded the band Frankly Scarlet and played music for a living before deciding to write. His first novel, Spandau Phoenix, was published in 1993 and became a New York Times bestseller. He went on to write ten bestselling novels.
Iles belongs to the author rock band known as The Rock Bottom Remainders.  He still lives in Natchez, Mississippi, with his wife and two children.
