Greenwood Poets are pleased to announce the winners of the Student Poetry Contest. They are:

April Book Sale

The April Book Sales starts on Monday, April 4th at 2.30 pm and continues until Saturday, April 9th. A special table of gardening and golf books is featured.

Bard's Birthday Bash- Sonnet Contest

The Library is holding a Shakespearean Sonnet Contest to help celebrate the Bard's birthday. Entries must follow the Shakespearean form; be original poems on any topic and not previously published or submitted to the contest, be 14 lines in length, written in iambic pentameter and adhere to the rhyme scheme: ABAB CDCD EFEF GG
Submit to the Library by April 20th or email to warmemoriallibrary@gmail.com
There will be 3 prizes awarded and winning entries will be read at the Birthday Bash on April 23rd between 10am & 2pm. All ages welcome!
