The members
of the War Memorial Library would like to extend our condolences to the family
and friends of Cynthia Johnston.
Cindy, as we all knew her, passed away on June 21. She was one of our longest serving members and an intricate part of every aspect of the library. Over the years she took care of our membership, worked on inventory and expertly covered hundreds of books.
We, at the
library, will remember her for her love of books, the hours she spent helping
to keep the library running and her beautiful smile when she greeted one and
